Yes, we specialise in custom embroidery/printing. Simply upload your logo when ordering or email it to us after checkout.


3. What file formats do you accept for logos?

We accept most formats including:

  • PNG
  • JPEG
  • PDF
  • AI / EPS (preferred for best quality)

If you’re unsure, just send what you have and we’ll take a look.


4. Will I see a preview before production?

Yes, we can provide a digital proof upon request before we begin embroidery. Production will only start once you approve it.


5. Is there a setup or digitising fee?

In some cases, yes. Logos may need to be converted into an embroidery format (digitised). We’ll always inform you of any fees upfront.


6. What is your minimum order quantity?

We can accommodate both small and large orders. There is no strict minimum, but better pricing is usually available on bulk orders.


7. How long does delivery take?

Typical turnaround time is:

  • Production: 7-14 working days
  • Delivery: 1–3 working days

Times may vary depending on order size and demand.


8. Do you offer express or rush orders?

Yes, we can offer faster turnaround for urgent orders where possible. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.


9. Can I return customised items?

Custom embroidered items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect. Please double-check all details before approving your order.
