3. Custom Embroidery
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, logos, and text submitted are correct and approved.
- By submitting designs, you confirm you have the legal right to use them.
- We are not liable for errors in approved designs (including spelling, sizing, or placement).
- Minor variations in colour, stitching, and positioning may occur due to the nature of embroidery.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
5. Production and Delivery
- Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
- Delays may occur during busy periods or due to supply issues.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of embroidered products:
- Customised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty or incorrect.
- If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
7. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Non-custom items may be cancelled before dispatch.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content (images, text, branding) belongs to The Workwear Hub and may not be used without permission.
- You retain ownership of your submitted designs, but grant us permission to use them solely for fulfilling your order.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
10. Website Use
- You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
- We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
